Refund & Return Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Initiating a Return
To begin a return, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product, packaging, and packing slip.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, contact us for assistance.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Proof of the issue and return of the original product may be required before we send a replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have shipped and tracking information has been provided. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout. If you purchased a shipping protection plan and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim directly with the protection provider.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, ship it to the return address provided in your confirmation email. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Do not send items back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
