Warm Weather Shipping Notice
Important: When temperatures exceed 90°F, herbal products can be damaged in transit—especially edible and topical items. If you live in a hot area, we cannot guarantee these items will arrive undamaged unless you select the UPS option with heat shield + ice pack at checkout. Contact us with questions.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping fees are calculated by the weight of your package and the service selected. International rates are calculated by weight and destination.
Free shipping within the continental US on qualifying orders (see current offer in cart).
Handling Time
We ship Monday–Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for shipping. No weekend shipping.
Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking typically activates within 24 hours.
Customs & Taxes
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or your local customs office.
Damages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier.

Restrictions
International: We do not ship hemp products internationally (no exceptions).
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes for any destination.
